I aim to help you find space to grow and feel more authentically yourself. I believe we all have a unique path to becoming ourselves, and that even within dark and distressing experiences we may face is a chance to grow. This process can be challenging, for sure, but it is not something you need to do alone.
I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, which means I believe both our past and present relationships and experiences shape who we are.
Together we might think about what brings you to therapy, work through challenges, or explore new ways of being to help you change behaviours or relationships.

I am here to enable you to reach a deeper understanding of your situation and inner life. From such a place of understanding, it can be much easier to see potential ways to create positive changes in the future.
I am qualified as a psychodynamic psychotherapist practicing with adults.
I bring with me a rich experience of working in mental health for nearly a decade. Over this time, I have had the privilege of working with people of many ages - adults, families, young people and children. Before working in private practice, my clinical experience included working with adults in organisations and with children and adolescents in schools.
I completed my clinical training at WPF Therapy in London. I also have experience facilitating creative therapeutic interventions, as well as managing and designing service delivery. I have undergone training in the therapeutic use of visual arts and embodied/movement practices.
As a registered member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapists and Counsellors) I adhere to their professional code of ethics.
