I believe that human connection can be transformative and helping my clients feel understood is at the heart of what I do. I see therapy as an opportunity to increase self-awareness, to develop new ways of coping and an opportunity for personal growth. It provides a safe supportive environment to work through painful or traumatic experiences and feelings, change self-destructive behaviours and habits and improve your relationships. I have extensive experience of offering short-term focused counselling and longer term psychotherapy contracts, however tend to work more mid to long term in my private practice. My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma informed. I offer a non-judgmental, inclusive space where diversity and difference is valued. I am a LGBTQ+ affirmative Psychotherapist.
